This is just as cute as it can be (and I can't wait to get one!) It's called a topsy turvy doll and you can find them at http://www.faoschwartz.com/. It has Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz on one side and then flip it over to have Toto on the yellow brick road! Ingenious!
