IPAD

Looks like I'm going to have to get Anna an Ipad at some point (maybe Christmas?) She has one in her classroom and it's sooooo much easier for her to use. She has trouble using a mouse and they are looking into adaptive equipment to help her there. But with the Ipad, no adaptive equipment needed!

So when I brought my new ipad home last week, Anna picked it up, turned it on, slid to unlock, zipped her finger across the screen and opened an app (that I had dl'd for her) all on her own. Wow, great computer and ever better for special needs!!

So look on craigslist soon for items I will be selling to fund Anna's ipad for xmas campaign! If you haven't seen one yet, get yourself to the apple store to try it out. I got the 3G one and it is AWESOME!!
